Quito Walking Tour

We will pick you up from your hotel in Quito at 8:30 am for our full tour of Ecuador's capital.

The first stop will be the Quito Market, where you can experience the tradition and tastes of the city. Next, we will visit the Basílica del Voto Nacional to admire its neo-Gothic façade.

We will then walk through the historic centre towards the Plaza Grande, observing the exterior of the Cathedral of Quito, the Carondelet Palace, and the Municipal Building. We will enter the Church of La Compañía and the Church of San Francisco, noted for its colonial architecture.

In the Plaza Grande, we will taste one of the best chocolates made with Ecuadorian cocoa. Following this, we will visit the La Casa del Alabado Museum to appreciate a collection of pre-Hispanic art and archaeology.

Next, we will walk to Morales St, also known as La Ronda, featuring colorful colonial-style houses. We will stop at a local restaurant for a typical Ecuadorian dish.

After lunch, we will visit the Panecillo Viewpoint for spectacular views at over 10,000 ft (3,000 metres) above sea level.

At 2:30 pm, we will drop you off back at your hotel and conclude the tour.
