Tour Details
On the activity day, pickup will be available from your hotel in downtown San Antonio. The first stop is the Alamo, where a guided tour provides insights into the 1836 Battle of the Alamo. Participants will see significant weapons and fortifications, including the 16-pounder cannon and the barracks, and walk through the gardens on the historic grounds.
Next, enjoy a tour of San Antonio’s history and landscapes within the national parks, including an exploration of Mission San Jose, the largest and most visited of the Spanish Colonial Missions, noted for its stone walls and granary.
The tour continues with an elevator ride to the top of the Tower of the Americas, reaching 190 m (623 ft), for panoramic views of San Antonio.
Concluding the tour, enjoy a 35-minute cruise along the River Walk, a 15-mile (24-kilometer) urban waterway, gaining insights into the city's culture and history while passing points of interest like La Villita, Old Mill Crossing, and Selena’s Bridge.
After 4 hours, participants will return to their downtown hotel.
