Camel Ride in Maspalomas

Take a fantastic camel ride into the Maspalomas dunes in south Gran Canaria. This experience will allow you to explore these landscapes on the back of friendly camels.

Camel Ride Details

Our camel ride lasts around 30 minutes, starting at the beautiful Maspalomas lagoon. After mounting the camels, we will head into the Maspalomas Nature Reserve. The dunes host an extraordinary ecosystem of diverse species of fauna and flora suited to this rugged landscape. The majestic mounds of sand shift with the wind, creating a feeling reminiscent of the Sahara desert. The tour culminates at the original meeting point.

Opening Times

The park Camello Safari & Criadero Camellos Fataga operates from Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 3 pm. To ensure sufficient time for the ride, guests should arrive between 9 am and 10:30 am. Rides are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Ride Requirements

The maximum weight permitted for participation in the ride is 100kg (220lb).
