Camel Ride in Maspalomas

Take a fantastic camel ride into the Maspalomas dunes in Gran Canaria. Exploring these landscapes on the back of these creatures is an unforgettable experience.

Description

Our camel ride lasts around 30 minutes, starting at the Maspalomas lagoon. We'll mount these animals, adapted to hot, dry conditions, and venture into the Maspalomas Nature Reserve.

The dunes host an extraordinary ecosystem of diverse species of fauna and flora suited to this rugged landscape. The shifting mounds of sand resemble the Sahara desert, and the dunes extend to the Atlantic shoreline. Our route concludes at the original meeting point.

Opening times

The park Camello Safari & Criadero Camellos Fataga operates from Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 3 pm. Arrive between 9 am and 10:30 am to ensure sufficient time for the ride. Rides are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
