Camel Ride in Maspalomas

Take a fantastic camel ride into the amazing Maspalomas dunes in south Gran Canaria. Exploring these landscapes on the back of these creatures is a memorable experience.

Camel Ride Details

Our camel ride lasts approximately 30 minutes, starting at the beautiful Maspalomas lagoon. We will ride on these animals that are well adapted to hot, dry conditions and head into the Maspalomas Nature Reserve.

The dunes support an extraordinary ecosystem of diverse species of fauna and flora. The majestic mounds of sand change position with the wind, giving the impression of being in the Sahara desert. The tour reveals how the dunes extend to the Atlantic shoreline, concluding at the original meeting point.

Opening Times

The park Camello Safari & Criadero Camellos Fataga operates from Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 3 pm. Arrive between 9 am and 10:30 am to ensure sufficient time for the ride. Rides are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The maximum weight allowed for participation is 100kg (220lb).
