Scuba Diving for Beginners

After picking you up from your hotel in the south of Gran Canaria, we head to either Amadores or Arinage beach depending on the weather and ocean conditions.

Upon reaching the coastline, you will receive a brief presentation on how to dive safely. A qualified monitor will explain the basic rules and procedures necessary for your underwater experience. Once you're familiar with the guidelines, it's time to get equipped with diving gear: fins, goggles, tubes, and bottles. You are now ready to dive into the waters of the Canary Islands!

The dive will last between 30 and 50 minutes, depending on the individual's oxygen requirements. We will begin by descending to about three feet to help you acclimatize to the equipment. After that, we will continue deeper to ten and sixteen feet, where marine fauna awaits you in the underwater depths!

At the end of the dive, we will return you to the hotels in the south of Gran Canaria where we picked you up.

If your accommodation is not in one of these tourist areas in the south of the island, you must make your way to the following meeting point: 2 Avenida de Italia (Playa del Inglés, Gran Canaria).

Important information

No previous diving experience is required, but you must be in good physical condition.The dive will be conducted with a maximum of 2 people per instructor. If there are more participants, multiple groups will be formed.

The service includes hotel pickup and drop-off in the south of Gran Canaria, where you will be transported to the diving location. After a crucial safety briefing and basic instruction, you'll be equipped and ready to dive, giving you an exciting chance to discover the local marine life.

In summary, all necessary diving equipment is included, and you will be accompanied by a professional instructor throughout the dive. However, meals and personal items are not part of the offer. Be sure to wear suitable swimwear and bring a towel.
