Scuba Diving for Beginners

After hotel pickup in the south of Gran Canaria, we head to either Amadores or Arinage beach, depending on weather and ocean conditions. Once we arrive, you will receive a presentation on safe diving practices from our qualified monitor, covering basic rules and procedures. You will then use the diving equipment: fins, goggles, tubes, and bottles, and prepare to immerse yourself.

The dive lasts between 30 and 50 minutes, depending on individual oxygen needs. You will descend to about three feet to familiarize yourself with the equipment, then continue down to ten and sixteen feet to observe marine fauna.

After the dive, we will return you to your hotel in the south of Gran Canaria.

This activity includes return transfer from tourist areas in the south of the island, including:

If your accommodation is outside these areas, you must go to the meeting point at 2 Avenida de Italia (Playa del Inglés, Gran Canaria).

Important information

No previous diving experience is required, but you must be in good physical condition.The dive will be conducted with a maximum of 2 people per instructor; larger groups will have multiple instructors.
