Anaga Rural Park Hike

Our hike will depart from the Visitors Centre next to the Cruz del Carmen Hermitage.

We'll embark on a three-hour easy hike through the Anaga Rural Park, a Nature Reserve since 2015, recognized for its diverse range of plants and wildlife.

The hike will take us through renowned laurel forests in the Anaga mountain range. A local guide will provide information about the various plant species encountered along the route. Anaga hosts the highest number of native species in Europe.

After exploring the unique flora and fauna of Anaga, we will return to the meeting point to conclude our hike.

Children under 5 years old

While children are permitted to join the hike with parents or guardians, it is not recommended for those under 5 years old. Parents can also bring children under 2 years, provided they are carried in a baby carrier.
