Coleta Cooking Class
After meeting in the Al Grano cafeteria, we'll learn about the cuisine of this Mexican municipality from an expert chef. Firstly, we'll explore a type of cuisine that combines pre-Hispanic and Spanish influences.
We'll learn to use ingredients from ancient Mayan, colonial, and contemporary dishes. Some of the delicacies we will prepare include bread soup, tacos coletos, chalupas, chanfaina, and banana cake.
At the end of the cooking class, we'll have the opportunity to taste the dishes prepared.
