Cueva del Indio + Páramo Tour

The region of Santander is rich in tradition and nature. We'll explore the Cueva del Indio, tour the cave, greet the bats, and enjoy a dip in the natural pool.

Description

We will pick you up from your hotel and depart from Barichara towards the countryside of Santander, reaching the Cueva del Indio after 3.5 hours. Prepare to descend 80 meters (262 feet). Upon descending, we'll explore the first chamber, welcomed by bats. We will navigate the cave, encountering stalagmites and stalactites, sliding through rocks and tunnels. The trek leads us to natural pools, where adventurers can jump 10 meters (32 feet) into fresh water.

After the cave visit, we'll return to the motorway. However, we will stop at Páramo to explore the town, combining exotic landscapes with colonial architecture.

Pickup

We will pick you up from your accommodation in San Gil or Barichara. If you are in Barichara, pickup will occur 30 minutes after that in San Gil.
