Tasting Options

During the booking process, you can choose between the following 2 options:

Wine Tasting + Food (1.5 Hours)

At the designated time, we'll meet at Via Catira, on the outskirts of Catania, where the Etna Urban Winery is located. You will try traditional Sicilian flavours in a unique environment.

This option includes a tasting of 4 wines and a lunch featuring 7 small starters, a first course of either pasta or rice, and a second course of meat or fish.

After lunch, you can explore the cellars and vineyards at your leisure.

Wine Tasting + Guided Tour (4 Hours)

This option includes a guided tour of the Etna Urban Winery facilities. Despite its 18th-century origins, the winery is situated in an area affected by the city of Catania's expansion. It is the first urban winery in Sicily on the southern slopes of Etna, where you will learn about the island's culinary and wine-making traditions.

Upon arrival, you will enjoy a tasting of 4 wines from Etna, paired with 4 gourmet appetisers. Following the tasting, there will be an exploration of the vineyards, the historical family winery from 1790, and the wine cellar.
