At your chosen time, arrive at the Tomás Maestre Marina in La Manga. There, instructions on piloting the speedboat will be provided. You can navigate at your own pace along Mar Menor, piloting speedboats without needing a special permit. These boats are five metres long and 2.22 metres wide, equipped with a protective canopy and a GPS navigation system. It is recommended to navigate a straightforward crossing parallel to the La Manga coastline. Landmarks include the Farallón islet, Grosa Island, Cabo de Palos lighthouse, and the Hormigas Islands archipelago. The rental period concludes with the return of the boat at the departure pier.
Important Information
To hire and pilot the speedboat, no nautical training or special permit is required. You must be over 18 years old to hire the speedboat.
