Costa Rica Tour Package: 9 Days

Day 1: San José

The adventure begins! We'll meet you in the arrivals hall of Juan Santamaria International Airport and take you to the hotel in San Jose, where you'll spend your first night.

Day 2: San José - Arenal

After breakfast at the hotel, we head to La Fortuna, home of the Arenal Volcano. After a 4-hour drive, you'll have the rest of the day to explore the area.

Day 3: Arenal National Park

We'll have breakfast at the hotel and then visit Arenal National Park to learn about the volcano’s activity. Expect to see local flora and fauna including sloths, anteaters and monkeys. You'll return to the hotel for the evening at your leisure.

Day 4: Arenal - Tortuguero

After a full breakfast, we will travel to Tortuguero National Park and take a boat trip through the rainforest. Lunch will be served at the hotel followed by a visit to the town of Tortuguero.

Day 5: Tortuguero National Park

The day can start with relaxation at the hotel pool. In the afternoon, join a 3-hour tour of Tortuguero National Park to see additional wildlife. Dinner will be served at the lodge.

Day 6: Tortuguero - Puerto Viejo de Talamanca

We will depart for Guapiles after breakfast for a hearty lunch, then head to Puerto Viejo de Talamanca for exploration at your leisure.

Day 7: Cahuita National Park

After breakfast, we will go to Cahuita National Park for snorkelling and hiking. The first activity will be a 2-hour snorkelling trip, followed by a hiking tour ending with a traditional Caribbean lunch.

Day 8: Puerto Viejo de Talamanca – San José

We will have breakfast and then head to the capital, San José, for your final night.

Day 9: San José

After breakfast at the hotel, we will take you to San José airport for your departure.
