Tortuguero National Park 2 or 3-Day Tour

On this 2 or 3-day tour of Tortuguero National Park, you'll explore the nature of Costa Rica and sleep in an exclusive jungle lodge.

Description

Day 1

At the appointed time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and begin a 2-day tour of Tortuguero National Park. The first stop will be in Guápiles for breakfast. Afterward, we'll head to the La Pavona dock to board a boat on the Suerte River to the lodge.

Upon arrival at the lodge around 12:00 noon and after settling into your rooms, we'll have lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll visit the village of Tortuguero to experience its essence and the local relationship with turtles.

We will return to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.

Day 2

We will start early by heading to Tortuguero National Park to explore its natural attractions. After the park visit, we'll return to the lodge for breakfast and then head back to the La Pavona dock. Finally, we'll drop you back at your hotel around midday.

3-day tour

For an extended experience, you can book the 3-day tour. After breakfast on the second day, we'll revisit Tortuguero National Park, have lunch at the lodge, and hike through local trails and beaches. On the third day, we'll return you to your hotel after breakfast.

Accommodation

This tour includes 1 or 2 nights of full board accommodation in Laguna Lodge, Tortuguero. A supplement will apply for single room bookings in odd-numbered reservations.

The tour departs from San José or Guápiles:

If from San José, pickup is between 5:30 and 6:45 am.If from Guápiles, pickup is at Restaurante Senderos Río Blanco at 10:30 am.
