Be seduced by the unique charm of San Juan, the city which condenses the Spanish, American and indigenous essence of Puerto Rico. Get to know the capital along with a private guide in English!

Advantages of a Private Tour

Reserving a private tour means you'll receive a much more personalised service, able to take the tour on any day of the week and modify the itinerary as you wish. If you're a large group, you'll also save money.

Itinerary

At the indicated time, we will meet in the central Plaza de Colón to begin our private walking tour of Puerto Rico's capital. Passing by the San Cristobal Fortress and the Alejandro Theatre, we will discuss the Spanish occupation and its influence on the island. We will also view the iconic Casino and follow the original traces of the old city walls.

As we stroll, we will see the characteristic coloured houses of Calle Fortaleza and discuss the battles against the British and Dutch. We will reach the Las Palmas Bastion, the main defensive nucleus in San Juan, which offers incredible views.

The tour includes interesting facts, such as the location of the first piña colada bar and the narrowest house in America, which we will visit before continuing along Calle del Cristo.

There is a chapel shrouded in mystery, and a legend will be revealed during the tour. Our final stop will be the Totem, an obelisk honoring the indigenous peoples. The tour will conclude after 2 hours at the iconic Morro Fortress.
