Pick-up from your hotel in San Juan is at 7 am, proceeding north via National Route 150, through the region of La Rioja to Talampaya National Park.

Upon arrival at this protected area, you will board an off-road truck for a tour through the National Park, including the Talampaya canyons.

During the truck tour, you will view the sandstone walls and learn about archaeological and paleontological remains found in the 20th century while traveling through the plains.

The route also includes sights of the geological formations such as the Friar, Wizard King, Cathedral, Chess Board, Needles, Manger, and Castle, shaped by years of wind and rain.

After three and a half hours at Talampaya, you will return by car or minibus, stopping at a nearby restaurant for one hour free to eat.

Return to your hotel in San Juan is scheduled for 9 pm.
