Caving in La Puente Cave

At 6:30 am, we will pick you up at your hotel in San Luis Potosi and drive in a 4x4 vehicle to the Sierra de Alvarez to start the hiking route. This activity is suitable for caving enthusiasts.

We will walk through the holm oak forests of the Sierra de Álvarez, appreciating the views of the outskirts of San Luis Potosí until we reach the entrance to the La Puente cave.

Upon entering, we will spend about three hours inside La Puente Cave, observing stalactites and stalagmites formed over thousands of years by an underground river.

After exploring the caves, we will walk to a rancho to enjoy a delicious barbecue-style meal. Following our meal, we will begin a hike around the mountain range.

Finally, you will be returned to your hotel in San Luis Potosi, concluding the activity at approximately 6:30 pm.
