Rappelling at the Tamul Waterfall
After picking you up at your hotel in San Luis Potosí at 6:45 am, we'll travel by minibus to the small town of Tanchachín, about four hours away.
Upon arrival, we'll embark on a hiking route to the rappelling activity area, crossing the jungle of the Huasteca Potosina region and following the banks of the Gallinas River.
We will encounter the emblematic Tamul waterfall, the largest in San Luis Potosí at 105 meters (344 feet) tall.
After setting up safety equipment and reviewing basic rules, we'll begin rappelling down the waterfall, allowing us to take in the landscape from a privileged point of view.
Expect to be splashed by the cascade but enjoy the fun and refreshing experience. This will last approximately two hours, followed by a walk back to Tanchachín, where you have one hour of free time to eat at a local restaurant.
Afterward, we will return to the minibus, completing the activity by 8 pm, dropping you back at your hotel in San Luis Potosí.
