Grande and Nogoli Rivers Trip
After picking you up from your hotel in Potrero de los Funes at your chosen time, we will travel to the High Sierras in San Luis province.
During the journey, we will view the pampa mountains, observing botanical diversity along the slopes. We will continue to the village of Nogolí, stopping at the viewpoint of the Nogolí reservoir, known for its impressive dam.
From the Nogolí reservoir, we will proceed to the Grande River. Here, you will notice the landscape transition from green areas to ochre and rocky terrains.
Along the banks of the Grande River, we will discuss the native fauna of San Luis, featuring birds such as mountain parrots and woodpeckers, as well as mammals like foxes, viscachas, wild cats, and guanacos.
The excursion will conclude with a return to your hotel in Potrero de los Funes, approximately five hours after pick-up.
