Day Trip to Bariloche & Villa La Angostura

Embark on a journey along the iconic Seven Lakes Road to discover two picturesque cities in Patagonia: Villa La Angostura and Bariloche.

Day Trip Details

Pickup will be at your downtown San Martin de los Andes hotel at the scheduled time for an adventure along the Seven Lakes Road, a 115-kilometer (71.5-mile) scenic route through lush forests and clear water rivers.

We will stop at several of Patagonia's most stunning lakes, including Machónico, Falkner, Villarino, Escondido, Correntoso, Espejo, and Nahuel Huapi.

Upon arrival in Villa La Angostura around noon, we will explore its gardens and harbors and visit the French-style El Messidor Residence in Patagonia.

Next, we continue to San Carlos de Bariloche, where we will visit the Civic Center and stroll around the port. You will have free time for lunch and to explore the city.

In the afternoon, we will return along the same route, experiencing different colorful landscapes at sunset. We will arrive in San Martin de los Andes approximately 10.5 hours later and return you to your hotel, concluding the excursion.
