Day Trip to Bariloche & Villa La Angostura

Embark on a journey along the iconic Seven Lakes Road to discover two picturesque cities in Patagonia: Villa La Angostura and Bariloche.

Day Trip Details

Pickup will be at your downtown San Martin de los Andes hotel at the scheduled time for an adventure along the Seven Lakes Road, a 115-kilometer (71.5-mile) route featuring natural wonders.

The journey involves crossing lush forests and clear water rivers, with stops at several stunning lakes, including Machónico, Falkner, Villarino, Escondido, Correntoso, Espejo, and Nahuel Huapi.

At noon, we will arrive in Villa La Angostura, where you can explore gardens and harbors, followed by a visit to the French-style El Messidor Residence.

Next, we will travel to San Carlos de Bariloche, visiting the Civic Center and strolling around the port. There will be free time for lunch and independent exploration.

The return journey will commence in the afternoon along the same route, allowing you to enjoy new colorful landscapes during sunset. We anticipate arriving back in San Martin de los Andes approximately 10.5 hours later, concluding the excursion at your hotel.
