Day Trip to Bariloche & Villa La Angostura

Embark on a journey along the iconic Seven Lakes Road to discover two cities in Patagonia: Villa La Angostura and Bariloche.

Day Trip Details

Pick-up will be at your downtown San Martin de los Andes hotel at the designated time to start the adventure along the Seven Lakes Road, a 115-kilometer (71.5-mile) route featuring natural wonders.

During the journey, we will traverse lush forests and clear water rivers, with stops at stunning lakes such as Machónico, Falkner, Villarino, Escondido, Correntoso, Espejo, and Nahuel Huapi.

Arriving at Villa La Angostura around noon, we will explore the town's gardens and harbors, followed by a visit to the French-style El Messidor Residence.

Next, we proceed to San Carlos de Bariloche to visit the Civic Center and stroll around the port. You'll have free time for lunch and personal exploration.

In the afternoon, we'll return via the same route, enjoying the colorful landscapes at sunset. We expect to arrive back in San Martin de los Andes approximately 10.5 hours after departure and return you to your hotel, concluding the excursion.
