Canyon Hiking Experience – Half-Day Tour

During the canyon hike we explore a group of cattle ranches located west of San Miguel. The wonderful thing is that the main canyon of the region runs through the area we are traveling through.

On the hike we discover ranches, meadows, canyons and rivers; the landscape is extraordinary in all directions. The ranch guides accompany us and share with us their anecdotes and their wisdom of the flora and fauna of the place. We start at the bottom of the canyon crossing the river, we rest to refresh ourselves. We climb the impressive cliffs of the canyon and from the top of the cliffs we will have the opportunity to rappel (optional).

Finally, a delicious traditional home-cooked meal will be waiting for us. The menu includes fresh cheese and organic beans from the ranch itself, quesadillas, nopales, rice, fresh sauces, guacamole and salad, among other typical dishes.
