The tour begins with hotel pickup in San Miguel de Tucumán at the scheduled time, heading north to the Celestino Gelsi Dam, also known as El Cadillal. We will visit the Archaeological Museum of El Cadillal (MAC), where a permanent exhibition showcases ancient vessels, mortars, arrowheads, and tools of the Candelaria people from the 3rd to 7th centuries AD.
Next, we will visit the village of Trancas, which contributed to the independence of Argentina. Continuing north, we arrive at San Pedro de Colalao, noted as a prominent tourist municipality.
The tour includes a visit to the Grotto of Lourdes, a replica of the well-known French shrine. Information about its construction in San Pedro de Colalao will be provided.
Following the grotto visit, you will have free time to enjoy the local gastronomy. After lunch, the tour concludes with a return to your hotel in San Miguel de Tucumán, approximately 8 hours after departure.
