Chautla Hacienda, Lavender Fields & Val'Quirico Tour

At 9:45 am, pickup will be from your hotel in Cholula to visit Chautla Hacienda, Lavender Fields, and Val'Quirico.

After a 45-minute drive, the first stop will be at Hacienda de Chautla, an 18th-century estate featuring a large lake, a chapel, and a kitchen with Talavera pottery. The tour includes the iconic English castle, overlooking Latin America's first hydroelectric dam, and a visit to its former great hall of arms.

Next, we will head to Rancho San Martin, known for its vast lavender fields. Here, participants will attend a workshop on the properties and uses of lavender and learn to make lavender soap. The workshop concludes with coffee and a flavored pancake.

Following this, we will proceed to Val'Quirico, arriving at 2 pm, where you'll have an hour of free time for lunch and to explore this replica of a medieval Italian village, featuring narrow streets and architecture made of stone, adobe, wood, and brick.

Finally, we will return to your hotel in Cholula at 5 pm.
