Chautla Hacienda, Lavender Fields & Val'Quirico Tour

At 9:45 am we'll pick you up from your hotel in Cholula to explore Chautla Hacienda, Lavender Fields and Val'Quirico. After a 45-minute drive, we'll stop at Hacienda de Chautla, an 18th-century estate featuring a lake, a chapel, and Talavera pottery. We'll visit the English castle on its grounds, with a view of Latin America's first hydroelectric dam and the former great hall of arms.

Next, we will proceed to Rancho San Martin to witness extensive lavender fields. Here, we'll attend a workshop on the benefits and uses of lavender, including making our own lavender soap. At the end of the workshop, coffee and a pancake will be served.

Afterward, we will head to Val'Quirico, arriving at 2 pm. You’ll have one hour of free time to have lunch and explore this replica of a medieval Italian village, with narrow streets and structures made of stone, adobe, wood, and brick.

We will conclude the tour and return to your hotel in Cholula at 5 pm.
