At the agreed time, we'll meet at unit 2, 429B Tocopilla Street in San Pedro de Atacama. From there, we'll travel to the Moon Valley to visit the Salt Mountains (“Cordillera de la Sal” in Spanish).

Upon arrival, we'll admire the geological wonder of the Salt Mountains. You'll observe how wind erosion has created a landscape of sand dunes and thousand-year-old salt rivers.

During the exploration, we'll also encounter the remains of an ancient means of transport, the Magic Bus, and discuss its significance in one of the driest deserts in the world.

To conclude our experience, we'll watch a sunset over the Salt Mountains, where the hues will illuminate the desert. You'll enjoy a snack consisting of dried fruits, biscuits, juices, a bag of crisps, and a drink of your choice between beer and pisco sour.

After the sunset, we'll return to San Pedro de Atacama, concluding the activity after approximately 4 hours. You'll be dropped off at the small square in the center of town or another central location.
