Tour Details

Day 1

We'll pick you up at your hotel in San Pedro de Atacama and head to the border with Bolivia. Explore the Bolivian highlands in an off-roading vehicle, visiting Laguna Verde and Laguna Blanca in Eduardo Avaroa National Park, at 4,300 meters (14,107 feet) above sea level. Next, discover the Salvador Dalí Desert and the hot springs of Polques before lunch. Visit the Morning Sun Geyser and Laguna Colorada, ending the day in the community of Quetena Chico for the night.

Day 2

After breakfast, travel to see the pre-Inca cave paintings. Enjoy the Valley of Rocks and visit Laguna Catal for its unique flora and fauna. Rest at a salt hotel for the night.

Day 3

Early morning hike around Incahuasi Island to see cacti, Pilas de Sal, and Ojos de Sal. Visit the indigenous community of Colchani and the Train Cemetery before returning to Quetena Chico for the night.

Day 4

Depart from Quetena Chico early morning, traveling to San Pedro de Atacama to complete the tour at approximately 12 pm.

Tour Accommodation

This tour includes 3 nights of accommodation with double beds in shared rooms. Bathrooms and showers are private. Accommodations include Quetena Chico hostel or similar on the first and third nights and Casana de Sal or similar on the second night.
