Hop on this excursion from Concepción to explore the landscapes of the Arauco Gulf, situated in the Biobío region, featuring numerous beaches along the Pacific Ocean.

Arauco Gulf & Beaches Excursion

The day starts at 9 am with a pickup from your hotel in Concepción, heading south towards the Arauco Gulf, recognized for its coastal landscapes.

The first stop is Arauco beach, characterized by soft white sand and blue hues of the Pacific Ocean, with views extending to Santa Maria island across the bay.

Next, we will visit Llico, a coastal town, stopping at the San Andrés restaurant for a seafood empanada and a drink called ponche de picoroco. After this, you can choose to have lunch at the restaurant.

Following the meal, we will proceed to Punta Lavapié, the northernmost point of the Arauco Gulf, to enjoy the stunning cove and beaches with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.

As the sun sets, we will return to Concepción, arriving back at your hotel around 9 pm.
