Concepción City Tour

On this tour of Concepción, discover the history of the capital of Biobío. Visit iconic locations such as the University's art gallery and the Monitor Huáscar ship.

Description

At your chosen time, we will collect you from your hotel in Concepción and proceed to the main points of interest in the city. We will first visit the Plaza de la Independencia Square, where the first act of the emancipation of Chile was signed. Next, we will head to Ecuador Park to explore the History Gallery, which showcases important events in Concepción's history.

The tour will include a stop at the art gallery of the University of Concepción, where we will view a collection of artworks by Latin American artists, including the great mural in the Art House by Mexican artist Jorge González Camarena, known for its vibrant colors.

Finally, we will return to your hotel after a 4-hour tour.

Changes to the Itinerary on Saturday and Sunday

On these days, we will follow the same itinerary as described above, except we will not visit the University's art gallery. Instead, we will spend more time enjoying the panoramic views of the bay.
