Concepción City Tour

On this tour of Concepción, discover the history of the capital of Biobío. Visit iconic locations such as the University's art gallery and the Monitor Huáscar ship.

Description

At your chosen time, we'll collect you from your hotel in Concepción and proceed to the main points of interest in this city, the capital of the Chilean region of Biobío. We'll first visit the Plaza de la Independencia Square, where the first act of the emancipation of Chile was signed. Next, we will visit Ecuador Park to explore the History Gallery, which includes dioramas depicting key events in Concepción.

We will stop at the art gallery of the University of Concepción to admire a display of artworks by Latin American artists, including the notable mural in the Art House by Mexican artist Jorge González Camarena.

After approximately 4 hours, we will return to hotels in Concepción.

Changes to the Itinerary on Saturday and Sunday

On these days, we will follow the same itinerary, except for the University's art gallery. Instead, we will spend more time enjoying the panoramic views of the bay.
