After hotel pickup, we will travel from Puerto Escondido to Bacocho, with a stop at a viewpoint for a view of the beach.

The tour continues with a boat ride around the Manialtepec Lagoon, where you can observe wildlife such as iguanas, herons, ducks and parrots in this significant wetland region.

During the tour, our guide will share stories and legends about the lagoon. One island, known as "Rooster Island" (la Isla del Gallo), is named for a legend of a rooster calling for its deceased owner every December 24th.

We will proceed to the confluence of the Manialtepec river and the sea for scenic views. The tour concludes at Suelo Port, where you will have free time to explore the seafront or swim in the Pacific's clear waters.

The tour returns to the hotels in Puerto Escondido around 1 pm.
