Enjoy a unique experience, participating in the release of recently hatched turtles on Colotepec Beach, near Puerto Escondido.

Turtle Release Experience

After pickup, we will travel to Colotepec, located 25 minutes from Puerto Escondido, passing through areas of papaya and banana plantations. The tour includes a visit to the turtle protection centre, which focuses on four species of turtles: Leatherback, Olive Ridley, Galápagos Green, and Hawksbill. Participants will learn about conservation efforts and have the opportunity to help release the newly hatched turtles into the ocean. The day concludes with a sunset view over Colotepec Beach, followed by a return to hotels in Puerto Escondido.
