This excursion to Villa Rica will take you to the coffee capital of the Pasco region, exploring its natural wonders, such as the Lion waterfall and the El Oconal lagoon, ideal while in San Ramon.

Pick-up from your hotel in San Ramón is at 8:30 am for the trip to Villa Rica. This region is known for its speciality green coffee beans, which are protected as a designation of origin.

After a little over an hour of travel, we will cross the Paucatambo bridge, marking the border between Junín and Pasco. Before reaching Villa Rica, we will stop at the Lion waterfall, accessible via a ten-minute walk, where you can also swim.

Next, we will explore the old town of Villa Rica, including the main square with a monument in the shape of a coffee pot, perfect for photos.

We will visit a local coffee shop for a cup of Villa Rica coffee, followed by free time for lunch to sample local cuisine. In the afternoon, we will proceed to the El Oconal lagoon.

At the lagoon, we will enjoy the scenery and biodiversity of this water reserve. The tour concludes with a relaxing fish pedicure, also known as ichthyotherapy, utilizing Garra rufa fish for skin treatments. We will return to San Ramon, dropping you off at your hotel around 6:30 pm.
