Quebrada de Humahuaca Tour

After picking you up at the scheduled time from your hotel or the meeting point at Avenida Dr. Joaquin Carrill in San Salvador de Jujuy, we'll board a bus and set off to explore the Quebrada de Humahuaca.

Firstly, we'll head to Purmamarca, a village located at the foot of the Hill of the Seven Colours, known for its striking multi-coloured rocks formed over 500 million years. You'll be captivated by the sight of them.

Continuing on our tour to the small village of Maimará, we'll see the Paleta del Pintor, or "Painter's Palette", another impressive colourful mountain. After admiring this geological formation, we'll stop in the quiet town of Uquía to see the famous paintings of the "Ángeles arcabuceros", angels depicted with arquebus firearms.

Before heading back to San Salvador de Jujuy, we'll visit the colourful city of Humahuaca, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You'll have an hour of free time for lunch and exploration.

Afterwards, we'll meet back up and make our way back to the original departure point, where you'll be dropped off after a total of 9 hours.
