At the selected time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and kick off our private tour. Ready to learn about the powerful Lord of Sipan?

For two hours, we'll tour the archaeological site where the remains of this governor of ancient Peru were discovered, findings currently protected in the Site Museum. This institution recreates the burial chambers of characters of the Mochica elite, such as the Lord Warrior, the Warrior Priest, and the Noble Warrior.

We will explain why Huaca Rajada is considered the most important ceremonial site for the Mochica culture in the north of Peru. After visiting the museum, we will move on to the two adobe platforms of this pyramid and see its altars, learning about their various uses, the largest of which is 35 meters high.

Next, we will visit a mausoleum originally with 6 levels. We will admire the layout of the cemetery and the positions each member of the nobility held.

Lastly, after this interesting tour of pre-colonization culture, we will bid farewell at the museum entrance.
