The BIBO PARK Ibiza Biotechnological Botanical stands out as one of the premier conservation parks globally. This guided experience invites you to explore its diverse plant life and the cutting-edge biotechnological efforts dedicated to environmental stewardship.

Tour Overview

Within the BIBO PARK, you will find more than 35,000 plants across 160 distinct species. Our journey begins at the photobioreactor, an innovative structure featuring transparent tubes stretching 200 meters, which effectively substitutes a forest of over 100 trees to support microalgae cultivation.

As we continue, you will have the opportunity to observe a mix of endemic species as well as examples of plants that have vanished from their natural habitats. Remarkably, some specimens thrive here that cannot be found anywhere else! Additionally, you will see a replica of a traditional Mediterranean salt cellar, constructed with materials including wooden stakes aged over a century.

The tour progresses to the atmospheric water generators within BIBO PARK, which transform atmospheric moisture into high-quality water. We will also stroll past the bee hives and the serene BIBO PARK lake, moving through the enchanting area known as Plato's Corner. Each hidden nook is a celebration of nature, filled with croaking frogs, medicinal herbs, and cascading waterfalls. It's sure to be a delightful experience!
