Description

Located in the historic centre of San Cugat del Vallés, the Museum of Comics and Illustration houses a collection of almost 1,500 publications.

The museum, set in a mid-19th century building, features a large exhibition of comic books narrating the adventures of iconic characters such as Captain Thunder and Mortadelo and Filemón. The collection also showcases the evolution of the genre from the mid-19th century through to the contemporary era, including significant expansions in the mid-20th century and the 1980s.

The Comic Museum is open at the following times:

Tuesdays to Fridays: from 4 to 8 pmSaturdays: from 10 am to 2 pm and from 4 to 8 pmSundays: from 10 am to 2 pm

Discount ticket

Discount ticket prices are available for disabled individuals with a disability over 66%, people over 65 years, and children aged 6 to 12, given that they present the relevant documentation (ID).

Disney expo

Between December 20, 2022 and May 28, 2023, the museum will host the temporary exhibition Los Tebeos de Disney, showcasing Disney's titles from their introduction in Spain to present day.
