Hike Details

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Monterrey at the designated time to set off to the slopes of Cerro de la Silla, where we'll begin this hiking route. During the journey of approximately 1.55 miles (2.5 kilometers), we'll pass by iconic spots like La Virgen, a religious sculpture 39.3 feet (12 meters) high, and the Table of the 10 Commandments, stone tablets inscribed with the Catholic commandments. We'll also explore the ruins of the ancient cablecar, a project launched in 1961 and closed shortly after.

We'll then reach the cablecar's lookout, a platform offering unmatched scenic views of Monterrey and its vicinities. Here, we’ll stop for approximately one hour, allowing time for pictures and tips on capturing these memories.

Afterward, we'll return to the starting point or drop you off at a nearby restaurant for local cuisine. We'll conclude the activity around 4 hours after it begins.
