Our adventure begins promptly as we collect you from your Monterrey hotel. Are you prepared for this night exploration of a captivating Mexican city?
The first point of interest will be Fundidora Park, where culture, tradition, and nature converge. We’ll stroll through its expansive grounds and uncover the reasons behind its significance in Mexico's industrial legacy.
Next, we will proceed to the historic site of the Santa Lucía Springs. This remarkable waterway stands as one of the 13 manmade marvels of Mexico and is renowned as the longest artificial river in Latin America, stretching a remarkable 2.5 kilometers (1.55 miles).
Continuing our journey, we will visit the Macroplaza, notable for being the 5th largest public square globally, encompassing approximately 40 hectares (98 acres). Here, we will take in the beauty of several key monuments, including the Fountain of Life, Hero's Esplanade, Municipal Government Palace, and the impressive Monterrey Cathedral.
Our final stop will lead us to the old town, richly steeped in history dating back to the 18th century. You will be immersed in the vibrant energy of the streets, admiring the colonial architecture showcased by the surrounding buildings as we walk through the area.
