Santiago Day Trip + La Boca Dam Kayak Tour

On this day trip to Santiago from Monterrey, we will visit the Pueblo Mágico in Nuevo León and enjoy a kayak tour of La Boca Dam.

Day Trip Details

The day trip begins with a pickup from your hotel in Monterrey. After a 45-minute drive, we will reach the Pueblo Mágico (Magical Village) of Santiago. Here, a guided tour will explore its colorful streets and cultural sites.

Surrounded by the Sierra Madre and the Cerro de la Silla, the region offers picturesque landscapes. Following our walk, we will head to the shores of La Boca Dam to start the adventure in nature.

After a safety briefing, we will embark on a 2-hour kayak tour along the calm waters of the reservoir, allowing for close views of the area’s scenic beauty.

Post kayaking, we will return to Santiago where you will have some free time to grab a meal at a local restaurant. The day concludes with a visit to a traditional sweets factory for a tasting of local treats.

After approximately 6 hours, the day trip will conclude with a return to your hotel in Monterrey.
