Description
We will pick you up from your chosen meeting point and travel to the southern area of La Palma.
First, we head to the municipality of Fuencaliente, viewing the landscapes of San Antonio and Teneguía Volcanos, which last erupted in 1677 and 1971, respectively.
Next, we will visit the lighthouse and the salt flats, and then continue to Las Manchas, where the Tajogaite Volcano erupted in September 2021. We will stop at the Plaza de La Glorieta, featuring mosaics inspired by Gaudí's works.
We will proceed to the Plaza de Tajuya for a viewpoint of the 2021 eruptions, followed by a one-hour break in El Paso for lunch.
Afterwards, we climb to the La Cumbrecita viewpoint for views of Caldera de Taburiente National Park, then visit the Mirador del Llano del Jable.
