Hershey Gardens Excursion by Motorbike

On this trip to Hershey Gardens from Playa Jibacoa, we will travel using a classic motorbike, an iconic transport in Cuba.

Description

We will meet at Memories Jibacora Resort Hotel at Playa Jibacoa for the tour. We’ll provide details about classic motorbikes before starting our ride. The journey covers 55 kilometres along Via Blanca, named for the white sandy beaches of northeast Havana.

After an hour's ride through leafy groves, we will arrive at Hershey Gardens. Along the way, we may hear local birds like the tocororo and will make stops for photos.

During the tour, we will discuss the history of the gardens created in the 1930s by Milton Hershey, founder of a well-known chocolate company. Hershey Gardens is noted for its picturesque scenery.

Upon arrival, enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the river. We’ll spend time swimming and enjoying small waterfalls before having a delicious picnic lunch at a local venue.

In the afternoon, we will explore an inaccessible trail leading to more cool waterfalls. At the end of the day, we will return to Playa Jibacoa, concluding our tour to Hershey Gardens.
