Day Trip to the Marapé Dunes

On this day trip, we'll make our way south to discover the dunes of Marapé. A paradise filled with fauna and flora where the river meets the sea.

Day Trip Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Maceió to begin a trip to the Marapé Dunes, an impressive ecosystem in Alagoas.

We'll travel 65 kilometres (40 miles) along the coast of Alagoas, passing through Jequiá da Praia.

Once close to the dunes, we'll board a boat and travel down the Jequiá River to reach the sand dunes after 10 minutes.

Upon arrival, you'll see the ecological paradise between Duas Barras Beach and Jequiá River. The mangroves here are home to a variety of native fauna and flora.

At the dunes, you can sunbathe, swim in the warm waters, and participate in activities such as an offroading vehicle ride to Falésias de Jacarecica do Sul, a boat trip on the Jequiá River, and a mud bath.

We'll conclude the trip 9 hours after pickup by dropping you off at your hotel.
