Day Trip to the Marapé Dunes

On this day trip, we'll make our way south to discover the dunes of Marapé, a paradise where the river meets the sea.

Day Trip Details

At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Maceió to begin a journey to the Marapé Dunes, an impressive ecosystem in Alagoas.

We'll travel 65 kilometres (40 miles) along the coast of Alagoas, passing by the municipality of Jequiá da Praia.

Once close to the dunes, we'll board a boat and travel down the Jequiá River, the only access to these sand dunes. After a 10-minute ride, we will arrive at our destination.

At the Marapé Dunes, you'll encounter the ecological paradise situated between Duas Barras Beach and the Jequiá River, surrounded by mangroves rich in native flora and fauna.

Here, you can sunbathe, enjoy the warm waters, and participate in activities like a drive on an offroading vehicle to Falésias de Jacarecica do Sul, a boat trip on the Jequiá River, and a mud bath.

Finally, we'll conclude this trip 9 hours after pickup by dropping you off at your hotel.
