Day Trip Details

We'll pick you up from your hotel in Maceió at the designated time. We will travel a distance of 14 miles (23 kilometers) to reach the Praia do Francês, located in the city of Marechal Deodoro. Once at the beach, you'll have 5 hours of free time at the Tropical restaurant, where you can relax under the sun and enjoy the beach's warm waters. You may partake in aquatic sports and sample local cuisine.

Afterward, we'll return to Maceió for a scenic tour of the historic neighborhood of Jaraguá. We will explore the historic center, featuring 19th-century architecture. Key sites include the Museum of Image and Sound, the Associação Comercial de Maceió, multiple squares such as Marsílio Dias and Floriano Peixoto, and notable churches like Nossa Senhora dos Prazeres and the Maceió Metropolitan Cathedral.

Before concluding the tour, we’ll visit significant buildings like the Palácio de Governo and the Deodoro Theater. We will also stop at the lookout at São Gonçalo do Amarante to view the chapel. A final stop at the Crafts Pavilion will allow you to admire and purchase traditional Alagoas crafts. The tour lasts approximately 9 hours before we drop you off at your hotel.
