Huatulco Food Tour
Join us for a food tour in Huatulco to explore the flavours and culture of Oaxaca. The tour begins at 10 am with a pickup at your hotel in Huatulco.
We will travel to Piedra de Moros, a community near Huatulco, to learn about Mexican culture and traditions. Our first stop will be a herbalist's shop, where we will discover the role of medicinal plants in the region, including their cultivation, uses, and the illnesses they address.
Next, we will prepare corn tortillas and bread using traditional methods, accompanied by refreshing lemon grass tea and insights into the nutritional benefits of nopal cactus.
The final stop will be a mezcal factory, where we will learn about the distillation process of this traditional drink and taste various mezcals and creams, along with regional products.
The tour will conclude with a return to your hotel in Huatulco at approximately 2 pm.
