Llano Grande Waterfalls Day Trip

After picking you up at Huatulco bay, we will head towards Llano Grande, a small village nestled in the Sierra Madre mountains with a population of just 90.

During our adventure, we will explore the jungle and marvel at the region's flora and fauna, which evolves as we ascend into the mountains.

After approximately one and a half hours, we will arrive at a local farm to learn about the fascinating process that transforms coffee beans into the revered beverage. This area of Oaxaca is celebrated for its coffee, known to be among the finest globally. Here, you can sample freshly brewed coffee to verify this for yourself.

Following our visit to the farm, we will continue on to the Magic Copalitilla waterfall, where the falls cascade down the hillside in a series of levels. You can take a refreshing swim just meters from the base of the waterfall, where the gentle sound of the falling water creates a perfect backdrop. You will have approximately an hour and a half of free time to enjoy the crystal-clear waters in this exceptional location.

Once refreshed, you can experience a traditional clay mask, used by locals for skin rejuvenation. Back at the farm, you will also have the chance to sample typical local dishes, including the renowned mole negro (black mole), frijoles negros (black beans), carnitas de cerdo (pulled pork), and mezcal.

Finally, the excursion concludes as we return to your hotel in Huatulco bay.
