Discover the Jesuit legacy of the Argentinian province of Córdoba on this day trip to the towns of Jesús María and Colonia Caroya.
Description
After hotel pickup in Córdoba at the scheduled time, we will head to Colonia Caroya, known for its handmade sausages. Upon arrival, we will visit the Jesuit Estancia Casa de Caroya, which served as a summer residence for the students of the Monserrat school, and explore its significance in educational history.
Next, we will continue to Jesús María, known for the annual Dressage and Folklore Festival. Here, we will visit the Jesuit Estancia of San Isidro Labrador, notable for being a pioneer in regional wine production. The tour will highlight how Jesuit teachings and their monuments, recognized as a World Heritage Site, continue to influence the province of Córdoba.
At the end of the trip, we will return to your hotel in Córdoba.
