  • Geöffnet am Di, Mi, Do, Fr, Sa, So

Discover the Jesuit legacy of the Argentinian province of Córdoba on this day trip to the towns of Jesús María and Colonia Caroya.

Description

After picking you up from your hotel in Córdoba at the scheduled time, we'll set off for the city of Colonia Caroya. This town was historically inhabited by descendants of Italian immigrants and is famous for its handmade sausages. Upon arrival, we'll visit the Jesuit Estancia Casa de Caroya, a complex that served as a summer residence for students from the school in Monserrat, where we will discuss the history of this educational institution.

Our excursion continues to the city of Jesús María, known for its annual Dressage and Folklore Festival. Here, we will visit the Jesuit Estancia of San Isidro Labrador, notable for its role in the 17th century and as a pioneer in regional wine production. The teachings of the Jesuits are preserved in Córdoba, evident in the monuments that are recognized as a World Heritage Site.

At the end of the trip, we will return to your hotel in Córdoba.

This tour includes pickup from hotels located in the city of Córdoba. If you're staying outside this area, we will meet you at the following address: Independencia 174, near the main square San Martin and the Cathedral of Córdoba.
