Filicudi and Alicudi Day Trip
Meet us at the Santa Marina Salina Port 45 minutes before the indicated time, where we'll board a boat and set sail toward the Aeolian archipelago for a day of adventure!
We'll sail along the Tyrrhenian Sea, admiring the views of the volcanic islands of the Aeolian Islands. With some luck, we can see dolphins and sea turtles, so keep your eyes peeled!
Once we arrive, you can dive into Cape Gratian for a refreshing dip, or visit the rural town of Pecorini a Mare, where you can enjoy a seaside lunch at local restaurants.
Then, we'll meet again at the boat to set sail towards Alicudi, the westernmost island of the archipelago. It's the least populated area in Italy, due to its rugged terrain.
In Alicudi, various hiking routes allow you to discover the natural wonders of the island. Climbing up to the San Bartolo Church offers panoramic views as a reward. Here, 330 meters (1,082 feet) above, you can see a complete view of the Aeolian archipelago.
If you're looking for a more relaxing experience, you can enjoy a relaxed day by the beach and swim in crystalline waters.
Before returning to Santa Marina Salina, we'll make a brief stop at Filicudi to spot La Canna, a volcanic rock over 70 meters (229 feet) tall, which is sure to surprise you!
After about 9 hours of maritime adventure, we'll return to our starting point, bringing the day to an end.
