Description

Day 1: Santa Marta

We'll pick you up from the arrivals terminal at Aeropuerto Internacional Simón Bolívar de Santa Marta or from a hotel in the city and take you to your accommodation. After check-in, we'll head to Muelle de Rodadero dock and take a boat to Playa Blanca beach. Lunch will be at a restaurant by the sea, followed by leisure time on the beach. Around 7 pm, we'll return for dinner and a panoramic night tour around Santa Marta in a Chiva Rumbera.

Day 2: Santa Marta – Tayrona National Park

After breakfast, we’ll depart for Tayrona National Park. A 2-hour hike through the tropical rainforest will showcase the regional fauna and flora. We’ll visit the beaches of Arrecife and Cabo San Juan del Guía for swimming. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the Castilletes complex, in luxury huts.

Day 3: Tayrona National Park - Palomino

Post-breakfast, we’ll walk to the Palomino River for tubbing to the sea. Lunch will be at a beachfront restaurant. We’ll then head to the Primaluna de Palomino Hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Santa Marta

Breakfast at the hotel, followed by a visit to an indigenous reserve. We’ll return to Santa Marta, having lunch en route, and drop you off at Santa Marta Airport. You can opt to stay longer in the city.

5-day tour

You can add an extra day. Days 1, 2, and the final day are the same as the 4-day tour.

On Day 3, travel to Cabo de Vela via Riohacha, meeting the Wayuu people and visiting the Manaure Salt Heaps. After lunch at a ranch, enjoy Playa Arcoíris. Dinner and an overnight stay will be at the ranch.

On Day 4, after breakfast, climb Pilón de Azúcar for views and then visit Playa de la Virgen. Return to Palomino for an overnight stay.
