At 6:30 am, hotel pickup in Santa Marta will commence for a minibus journey to the western area of the Ciénaga Grande de Santa Marta. This region is among the natural environments near the Colombian municipality of Ciénaga.
The trip will begin at the mouth of the Sevilla River, where participants can observe various exotic birds, including cormorants. The Magdalena region, particularly near Ciénaga, is home to many of these birds, making it an ideal spot for photography.
