Are you eager to explore the Colombian wilderness? Join us on this hiking route through the Minca Jungle, beginning in Santa Marta, where we will discover the coffee-making process while enjoying the sights of a majestic waterfall.

Embarking on the Minca Jungle Adventure

At the scheduled time, we'll collect you from your accommodation in Santa Marta, transporting you in a comfortable vehicle for a day filled with exploration in Minca!

After about an hour's journey, we will kick off our two-hour trek through the Minca jungle, immersing ourselves in the rich flora of this vibrant ecosystem. Are you curious about the biodiversity surrounding Santa Marta? Together, we will uncover its secrets!

During our hike, we'll pause at a traditional 'hacienda' to delve into the coffee preparation process and its various by-products, where you'll also have the opportunity to savor some freshly brewed coffee! Following this delightful experience, we’ll make our way to the stunning El Oído del Mundo waterfall, ideal for a refreshing dip.

Feeling hungry? Next, we will head to a bamboo house to relish a gourmet lunch comprising fresh vegetables, meat, side dishes, and aguapanela, an infusion crafted from panela, which is derived from processed sugar cane juice. The breathtaking landscapes of the Minca jungle will create an enchanting atmosphere for your meal!

After lunch, indulge your sweet tooth with a delightful treat to conclude our adventure. We'll explore the stages involved in crafting a unique cocoa drink, and you will have a chance to enjoy a cup as well!

At the end of our enriching 8-hour experience, we'll return to Santa Marta and drop you off at your hotel.
