Hiking in the Minca Jungle

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Santa Marta in a comfortable vehicle that will bring us to Minca for a full day.

After an hour's drive, we'll start a two-hour hike through the jungle of Minca to explore its biodiversity. We'll stop at a 'hacienda' where we'll discuss the preparation of coffee and sample freshly brewed coffee. Then, we'll proceed to El Oído del Mundo waterfall for a swim.

For lunch, we'll visit a bamboo house for a gourmet lunch featuring vegetables, meat, side dishes, and aguapanela, which is made from hardened sugar cane juice. Enjoy the views of the Minca jungle as you eat.

After lunch, we'll conclude with a sweet treat where you'll learn about the process of making a cocoa drink and taste a cup.

After a total of 8 hours, we'll return to Santa Marta and drop you off at your hotel.
