Santa Marta, Cabo de la Vela & Riohacha 4-day Package Tour

Day 1: Santa Marta

Upon arrival, we will pick you up at the Santa Marta airport or your hotel and transfer to El Rodadero to drop off luggage. Next, we will board a speedboat for a cruise through the Colombian Caribbean to Playa Blanca. A traditional lunch will be served at a beachfront restaurant, followed by free time on the beach. In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner and a night tour of Santa Marta in a chiva rumbera.

Day 2: Santa Marta - Cabo de la Vela

The second day involves traveling to the peninsula of La Guajira, taking over six hours with multiple stops. There will be a breakfast in Palomino, a vehicle change in Riohacha for a 4x4 journey, and a visit to the salt flats of Manaure. After crossing the Ahuyama desert, arrive at Cabo de la Vela, have lunch, and hike the Pilón de Azúcar. Free time will be provided at Playa Dorada and Playa Ojo de Agua before returning for dinner.

Day 3: Cabo de la Vela - Riohacha

Post-breakfast, leave Cabo de la Vela for the beaches of Mayapo, visiting the Maliiwala refuge to learn about indigenous traditions. Enjoy lunch and leisure time before heading to Riohacha for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Riohacha - Santa Marta

After breakfast, depart downtown Riohacha for Los Flamencos Natural Park. Once there, board a boat to explore the lagoons and observe wild birds. The tour concludes with drop-off at either downtown Santa Marta, the airport, or Riohacha's airfield.
