Activity Details



At the appointed hour, we will meet you at your accommodation on Santa Cruz Island. Prior to commencing our expedition, we will provide the necessary snorkeling gear and conduct a quick assessment to ensure everything is prepared for your underwater adventure. Prepare for an unforgettable day!



We will set sail from the port on a boat, embarking on a serene 1.5-hour journey to the illustrious Pinzón Island. This largely uninhabited isle is known for its distinctive species and is sure to leave you in awe!



Our first destination will be Penguin Bay, a true aquatic haven characterized by its crystal-clear waters and rich biodiversity. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to swim among sea turtles, white tip sharks, rays, and vibrant tropical fish; if fortune smiles upon us, we might even spot some Galapagos sharks. We will maintain a respectful distance of at least 2 meters (6.5 ft) to ensure their safety.



Next, we will pause briefly at Roca Sin Nombre (No Name Rock). This oceanic rock formation offers a sanctuary for blue-footed boobies, lava gulls, and playful sea lions—a natural spectacle amidst the waves!



While returning to the vessel, we will savor a tasty onboard lunch featuring chicken or fish accompanied by rice and salad. After that, we will embark on more snorkeling adventures! Our final stop will be at Bahia La Fe, situated on the southeastern shore of Santa Cruz. This secluded spot is perfect for unwinding, taking a beach stroll, and enjoying another dive in its turquoise waters. Beneath the surface, you will find turtles, tropical fish, and vibrant reefs waiting to be explored.



Eventually, we will return to Puerto Ayora, concluding our journey at the dock approximately 8 hours later.
