Join us on an adventure to two must-see spots in the Spanish region of Asturias on our day trip to Covadonga and Cangas de Onís.

Covadonga & Cangas de Onís Day Trip

Participants will meet on Calle Antonio López in Santander at the scheduled time. Following introductions, the group will board a minibus for a journey into the Spanish region of Asturias.

After crossing into Asturias from Cantabria, the first brief stop will be in the town of Llanes. The tour then proceeds to the Royal Site of Covadonga to visit La Santina and enter the Basilica, located between the steep mountains of Covadonga, where historical insights about the site and Asturias will be provided.

The adventure continues to Picos de Europa National Park, with a stop at the Entrelagos Viewpoint for views of the Ercina and Enol Lakes.

The trip then arrives in Cangas de Onís, where guests will have 2 hours of free time to explore the local cuisine and cider. After reconvening, the group will leave Cangas de Onís and return to Llanes for another brief stop. The return to the meeting point in Santander is expected approximately ten hours after the start of the activity.
