Join us on an adventure to two must-see spots in the Spanish region of Asturias on our day trip to Covadonga and Cangas de Onís.

Covadonga & Cangas de Onís Day Trip

We will meet on Calle Antonio López in Santander at the scheduled time and board our minibus to travel into the Spanish region of Asturias.

After crossing into Asturias from Cantabria, our first stop will be the picturesque town of Llanes. Next, we will visit the Royal Site of Covadonga to see La Santina and enter the Basilica nestled between the steep mountains of Covadonga for a historical overview.

Our route will take us to the Picos de Europa National Park. At the Entrelagos Viewpoint, you can admire the views of the Ercina and Enol Lakes.

We will then visit Cangas de Onís, where you will have 2 hours of free time to enjoy the local cuisine and cider. After reconvening, we will leave Cangas de Onís and return to Llanes for a brief stop before heading back to the meeting point in Santander. Arrival in Santander is scheduled ten hours after the start of the activity.
