Our next stop will be Noja, where we'll visit the Bodegas Vidular vineyard to explore how they produce their renowned wine. The visit concludes with a wine and cheese tasting.
Continuing our gastronomy tour through the Valles Pasiegos region, we will stop at a local restaurant for the menu of the day. After lunch, we will walk to the Braguía viewpoint for stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the Vega de Pas.
Next, we'll head to Selaya, famous for sobaos and quesadas. We will visit the Sobaos Joselín factory, the largest cheese and sobaos factory in the region, which includes a museum. We will have the opportunity to sample some pastries.
