Taste the most typical products of Cantabria with this gastronomic tour through the Pasiegos Valleys. You'll discover artisan wine and taste local delicacies such as sobaos and quesadas.

Valles Pasiegos Food Tour

We'll leave Santander at the designated time and set off for Santoña, known for anchovy fishing. Upon arrival, we'll visit Conservas Emilia to learn about the anchovy production process.

Next, we'll visit Noja and the Bodegas Vidular vineyard, where we will explore the vineyard and discover their wine production secrets. This visit will conclude with a wine and cheese tasting.

Continuing our tour through the Valles Pasiegos region, we'll stop at a local restaurant to enjoy the menu of the day. After lunch, we'll walk to the Braguía viewpoint for views of the mountains and the Vega de Pas.

Next, we'll proceed to Selaya, famous for sobaos and quesadas. Here, we'll visit the Sobaos Joselín factory, the largest of its kind in the region, which includes a museum. We will have an opportunity to taste these products.

After enjoying these pastries, we'll return to Santander, arriving by around 7:15 pm.
