Taste the most typical products of Cantabria with this gastronomic tour through the Pasiegos Valleys. Discover artisan wine and local delicacies such as sobaos and quesadas.

Valles Pasiegos Food Tour

We'll leave Santander at the designated time and set off for Santoña, a key fishing port of the Cantabrian Sea known for anchovy fishing. Upon arrival, we will visit Conservas Emilia to learn about the anchovy production process.

Next, we will travel to Noja to visit the Bodegas Vidular vineyard. A guide will explain the secrets of their wine production. The visit concludes with a wine and cheese tasting.

We will continue through the Valles Pasiegos region and stop at a local restaurant for the menu of the day. Following lunch, we will walk to the Braguía viewpoint for scenic views of the surrounding mountains and the Vega de Pas.

Next, we'll head to Selaya, known for sobaos and quesadas. At the Sobaos Joselín factory, the largest in the region, we will explore the facilities and visit the museum. Tasting these pastries will conclude this part of the tour.

After the tastings, we will return to Santander, arriving by around 7:15 pm.
