At 9 am, we meet at the Tourist Information Centre in Alter do Chão and head to the port for a boat tour of the Brazilian Amazon.

We'll begin by circling the city of Alter do Chão and sailing around Verde Lake, observing the tropical greenery of its 14 springs. A stop at the Enchanted Forest allows for swimming and a 40-minute canoe ride, where wildlife such as monkeys and sloths may be spotted.

Next, we circle Ilha do Amor (Love Island) and continue past Lake Jacundá to Lake Mureta, where a stop will be made for a walk along the semi-pristine beaches and swimming in the Tapajós River.

Following this, we'll cross Lake Jurucuri to reach Pindobal Beach, learning about the region's rubber importance. At 1 pm, participants will have 2 hours of free time for lunch at the local huts. After regrouping, we'll take a walk around Piranha Lake for views of Piraoca Hill.

We'll relax on Moca Beach with a selection of fruits before concluding the tour with a trip on Crocodile Lake, where alligators and otters may be observed. The tour ends with a drop-off at the starting point in Alter do Chão at 7 pm.
